As we enter in the mid of 2015, Cebu's growth is amazing. Condominiums, Commercial Buildings, Housing projects, and others are arising everywhere. Many people come to Cebu to experience the beauty of the famous tourist spots and witness how to live in a growing economy. 

As the economy arises, our very own Federal Land (Metrobank group of Companies owned by George Ty of GT Capital Holdings) launched some projects that would meet the people's needs.
